I didn’t know what to expect from Russell’s meditation as I typically struggle with guide meditations. With his I can let go and just be. Give it a listen.

Russell guides us to new solutions that truly work if you use them and develop yourself. These solutions can help in an infinite number of situations. They are expanding your mind and opening new unexplored areas that produce positive results. If you are new that’s ok. We are all on the same journey but our start times are different so don’t feel intimidated if you are not as far along as the person in front of you. This is not a race. This is a life style. It takes much practice to become proficient in using the things you are learning. Russell, is a great teacher. Thanks so much Russell. 🕊

I loved this meditation podcast. I do sincerely hope it comes back. I only wish that the network would its paid subscribers when talent are no longer posting. I feel like this is a poor management issue and not Russel’s.
